Whose name do the reps use?
Yours. The reps introduce themselves as part of your team, send email from an address on your domain that we set up and warm, and write in your tone. Meetings arrive as calendar invitations from your domain. The prospect meets your company, not ours.
What that means in practice
- On the phone - the rep says which business they are calling for, and it is yours. The caller has to say who they are calling for and show a number that can be called back; the UK rules on calling businesses are set out plainly.
- By email - from a mailbox on your domain, set up and warmed in week two.
- In the diary - a calendar invitation from your domain, with a video link, the purpose in a line and the name of the person they will meet.
The reps work your market and no one else’s while they are on it.

Still a question? Ask it on the call.
Fifteen minutes, no slides. Bring the market and we will give you a straight answer.
