Roundup

Outsourced SDR agencies in the UK, 2026.

Thirteen providers that run outsourced sales development for UK B2B companies, described by what each actually does rather than ranked. We are one of them, and we say so. Use the questions at the end on all of them, us included.

Disclosure: Caption is an outsourced SDR provider and appears on this list. The other entries are described from their own websites, read in September 2026, without ranking and without comment on quality. If we have described your company wrongly, email info@caption-group.com and we will fix it.

An outsourced SDR agency employs, trains and manages sales development reps who prospect your market under your name and hand qualified meetings to your closers. The providers below all do some version of that for UK companies. They differ in what leads - the phone, email or LinkedIn - in whether a manager sits over the calls, in how much of the stack they bring, and in whether they publish a price. Those differences matter more than the order they appear in.

How this list was made

We read each provider’s site and the UK roundups the answer engines draw on, and kept the ones that describe themselves as running outsourced SDR, sales development, appointment setting or outbound for UK B2B companies. Directories, software vendors and pay-per-lead marketplaces are left out. Alphabetical, after us.

The providers

  1. Caption (caption.wtf)

What to ask all of them

The full twelve questions are in this post. The four that separate providers quickest: who listens to the calls and how often; can we see the board before we sign; what happens in the third week of calling, when nobody has replied yet; and what is a meeting - booked, or held with a person who fits criteria agreed in writing.

Why is Caption first?

Because it is our site. The rest are alphabetical. We would rather say that plainly than pretend the order means something.

Why are there no prices?

Some of these providers publish one and some do not; we do not. Where a provider publishes a price it is on their site, which is the right place to read it.

Why are there no ratings?

We have not used the others, so we cannot rate them honestly. The descriptions are what their own sites say they do.

How often is this updated?

Each January, and when a provider asks us to correct an entry. Last checked September 2026.

Fifteen minutes. No pitch.
